You can check your driver’s license status on your public driving record. A comprehensive report of your driving record will include the status of your license and other information, including points you have accrued and a listing of traffic violations that have been reported to your DMV.

The status on your certified driving record will indicate if your license is valid and you are permitted to drive, if it is in a state of withdrawal or if it has been suspended by the state.
