Where can I find a list of inspection centers?
Contact your local DMV office for a listing of inspection stations in your area. A DMV agent will more than likely direct you to a Web page containing a full list of inspection centers with addresses, phone numbers and maybe even a Web site.
In many states, in order to comply with your state's vehicle registration laws, your car must pass an inspection. This can only be done at a state-approved inspection center. You will need to call and arrange for an appointment before your vehicle's inspection sticker, located on the windshield, expires. Otherwise you'll risk be ticketed and still be required to have your vehicle pass a car inspection.
