Yellow Curb and Traffic Laws
You cannot park at a yellow curb. You can, however, pull alongside it to load or unload passengers or freight; instead of a park it's the cars version of a pause.If you do attempt to park along a yellow curb, you'll risk getting a parking ticket. This is not considered a moving violation. No points, if applicable to your state, will be assessed to your driving record. You'll only be hit in the wallet with a fine.
