Massachusetts Motorcycle Helmet Laws
All motorcycle drivers and their passengers must wear an approved helmet. Additionally, if your cycle doesn't have a windscreen or shield, both you and your passenger must wear eye protection such as goggles, eyeglasses, or a face shield.Although it's not required you take this action, for motorcycle safety the state recommends riders wear long-sleeved shirts, pants or jeans, and heavier-weight materials when riding motorcycles. Moped and Scooter Helmet Laws
