Car Seat Laws and Child Safety Seat Inspection Centers

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) 80% of all baby car seats are improperly installed. It's a telling number in light of the fact that motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of child deaths in America.
