How do I apply for a MO learners permit? Missouri
Before you do anything else, secure a copy of the Missouri drivers license handbook. It contains the driver education information you'll need to know to eventually obtain your learners permit.
Once you've done this - and studied the entire manual - you might want to supplement your knowledge by taking a practice permit test. Doing so gives you a good indication of how prepared you are for the official driving permit test, and shows where you might need to devote additional studying time.
By the way, you must be at least 15 years to try for your permit.
