Here's how to do so.
When you feel you're ready to proceed, do the following:
WY Learners Permit Process
You must be at least 15 years old to apply for your drivers permit. And, you should study the Wyoming DOT drivers license handbook - and perhaps follow that up with a practice permit test - before doing anything.When you feel you're ready to proceed, do the following:
- Head to a local driver exam office.
- Bring a Wyoming-certified copy of your birth certificate.
- Bring a parent or legal guardian or have one sign a notarized permit application form.
- Pass a vision test.
- Pass a written knowledge test.
- Pay the $20 permit fee.
