Yes, most states do allow you to download your learner's permit study guide.

To do so, visit your state's drivers license agency site, and search for the publications section. You should be able to locate the learner's permit guide there. Keep in mind, though, that these publications are large, so it may take a while to view all the contents. And, if you decide to print out the guide, be prepared to go through a lot of paper.

If your state doesn't permit you to download the driver's permit guide, you may be able to do so through a third-party driver's education site.
