Duplicate Register Car Fee
The duplicate registration fee is $2, payable to the AK DMV, in the form of a personal check or money order. The Alaska DMV does not accept non-personal checks.
Requesting a Duplicate Title
You can request a duplicate title by submitting a notarized Affidavit of Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Title by mail or in person to the DMV. The fee for a duplicate title is $15.
