Arkansas Smog and Emissions Requirements
Zippo. Nada. Nothing.Arkansas doesn't impose any sort of emissions testing on its residents. Compared to some other states, Arkansas doesn't have as much of an air pollution problem, and features lower levels of smog and other harmful pollutants.
