How do I replace lost or damaged LA license plates, stickers, tabs or tags? Louisiana
If your LA license plates have been lost or damaged, you can apply for replacement plates at your local Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) branch. Be prepared to present your title and proof of vehicle registration. Contact the OMV branch ahead of time to inquire about fees.
