How do I replace lost or damaged RI license plates, stickers, tabs or tags? Rhode Island
This varies a bit according to what you need, and the reason for your request.
Just bring your registration card, drivers license (or other acceptable photo ID), and proof of insurance and you'll be given replacement stickers.
Then, send the completed form along with your payment (check or money order) for your plate fee replacement to:

The replacement fee varies according to which license plates you choose. When it's time to pick up your plates, you'll be notified through the mail.
