What is the state requirement for auto insurance in Arizona?
Motor vehicles that are operated on public roads in Arizona (AZ) are required to have auto insurance coverage.
NOTE: Like many states, AZ doesn’t require residents to purchase personal injury protection (PIP), also known as no-fault insurance. However, it doesn’t hurt to consult an agent about its benefits.
