I lost my Bill of Sale in Florida, what can I do? Florida
Stop pacing the floor in worry. Florida does not mandate a bill of sale form to register and title a vehicle. Only a signed title and proof of insurance are required.
However, it’s always smart to keep an auto bill of sale form on file. You should, if possible, contact the seller about the possibility of obtaining a copy of his or her bill of sale.
